Mille Miglia is the name of the open-road vintage sports car race established in 1926 to run the 1000 miles from Brescia to Rome. The restaurant is inspired by elegance, as well as the progressive and relaxed atmosphere of the Mille Miglia race. I am at Mille Miglia quite frequently and have found the food to be consistently fresh and well prepared.However, many of the dishes are heavier than I sometimes like to have especially in the evenings. The good part is that you are free to ask Salvatore to prepare something else more to your liking, it's not at all a problem.This is a good choice for a business dinner.
