As the name suggests, this is an upscale café-restaurant. It has a classic, “vogue” design and it is almost like eating in a palace. The restaurant is very spacious, holds around 100, and is properly divided into smoking & non smoking sections. The menu is European cuisine with such offers as roast loin of venison for 285Hr. A medium bill here will run you about 500-600Hr per person. The staff is supper friendly and spoke very good English.
