Vilnius University Botanical Garden in Kairėnai invites thousands of visitors to enjoy and indulge into amazing colors and scents of spring flowers and blooming trees, and discover beautiful landscapes.  Variety of plant’s collections, compositions of traditional plants and rare species enriches everyone’s knowledge of world’s biodiversity. There are 25 species and cultivars of magnolias, 185 - of lilacs, 350 - of rhododendrons, 270 - of peonies, 250 - of dahlias, 165 - of tulips. You are welcome to spent all day here with your family and friends, have a picnic, relax on the hill of ornamental apple trees or meditate in Japanese garden.
Over 11 000 names of plants in various collections makes Botanical Garden one of the richest in the Baltic States. It is open daily, from 8.00 till 20.00 starting April 19th.
