You know what you’re going to get with a J.D. Wetherspoon’s establishment. Reasonably priced beer and food and a steady stream of blokes to drink and eat it, in short. The Black Bull Inn is Bangor’s Spoons, situated on the high street and ticking all of the usual boxes. There is a lot to be said for a Spoons breakfast, even if there are a worryingly large number of old dudes drinking Guinness in the pub at 9am.
