Cardiff City football club moved into their new home in 2009, ushering in the most successful era in the club’s history. The Bluebirds have reached the promise land of the Premier League twice in their history, although relegation has followed on both occasions. The stadium, which seats 33,316 spectators, is also home to the Welsh national football team and is accessed via the Ninian Park or Grangetown stations.
