Laid out on Yelagin Island, the Central Park of Culture and Leisure (TsPKiO) is one of the most popular parks in town. Its acres are packed with things to see and places to eat and drink. There are wonderful walking paths and it is a popular destination for bicyclists and skaters. You can also rent a boat and paddle around a pond. The Yelagin Palace is temporarily closed to the public.
