The Baltho is part of the Marktgasse hotel. In a contemporary interior design with dark wooden tables and chairs, they serve modern takes on international cuisine. The menu changes regularly. The bone marrow we had for a starter came on a wooden cutting board, the lemon chicken breast we chose as a main was tender with a well balanced taste. The slightly salty chocolate cake was the cherry on the icing. We liked the attentive service - a very successful evening.
