This buffet restaurant specialises in dishes from the Middle East and North Africa. Simply take a plate, fill it up at the cold and warm buffet and then pay according to the weight at the counter (4.40Sfr per 100 grams). We tried all of the different hummus variations and loved them!The baba ganoush (eggplant mousse) and the chicken shawarma were also excellent. Not ones to forgo alcohol, we decided to have a glass of Lebanese red wine and were surprised by how powerful it was. If anything could be improved, it would be the pita bread, which could have been a touch fluffier and more airy. Be sure to leave some room for sweets, as they have some excellent Middle Eastern treats like baklava on offer.
