Cinema Arta

Radu Stanca State Theatre

Modernist building on the south side of Piata Unirii that occasionally hosts some excellent productions. In Your Pocket for example was lucky enough to catch a British Council-sponsored rendering of The Tempest. Read_on (No Comments)

The State Philharmonic of Sibiu

Sibiu's excellent orchestra plays two or three concerts a week in its fine home, originally built in 1786 but reconstructed three times since. Read_on (No Comments)
