There are plenty of cafes in Burgas - most take full advantage of the warm summer weather and the generous pedestrianised area. Generally, there is not much you can do wrong in the choice of your cafe, especially if it is busy with locals. Be aware that coffee is usually drunk as small strong espresso, which you can order 'dulgo' (with extra water). During the summer months the cold coffee frappes are very popular.
