We’re not statisticians, but we’re going to guess that 92% of visitors to Liverpool come in search of Paul, John, George and Ringo in some form or another. The history of the most important band that Western music ever produced is lovingly told in the official museum, the world’s largest permanent exhibition of all things Fab Four. In many ways, Liverpool is one big Beatles museum (every bar is where someone met someone, or where someone played with someone), but this Dockside spot brings all the important bits together in one big love letter. The full-size replica of the Cavern Club is particularly fascinating, and there is more than enough here to engage old and young fans alike.
