Leon Wyczółkowski Museum

  ul. Mennica 7      (+48) 52 585 99 07     more than a year ago
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, this museum is currently closed, however, there are plans to reopen soon. Group tours with English-speaking guide and temporary exhibition are not also unavailable.

This small museum on Mill Island is made up to look like the home of art nouveau painter Leon Wyczółkowski, who spent many summers in a villa in Gościeradz near Bydgoszcz - alas, nowhere near Mill Island. The museum's collection encompasses numerous paintings, sketchbooks, and personal belonging donated by the artist's wife after his death.
Leon Wyczółkowski (1852 – 1936)
Polish Art-Nouveau Painter.
