The name is a little bit wacky for our tastes, but the food coming out of the kitchen here is all sorts of stunning. The menu is overwhelmingly modern Chinese, although meat and fish dominate and do so in spectacular fashion. This is one of the most popular restaurants in the city regardless of where the recipes come from, and arguably one of the best Chinese options on this silly, silly island.
