Yes, Remi is not only an especially dapper dresser and true connoisseur of the finer things in life, he's also got four legs, an all natural fur coat and has zero qualms about licking himself in public. He's a dog you see. Now, how he came to open his own restaurant in the heart of Ljubljana's old town is a mystery to us, but also a question for another time.

When it comes to more pragmatic concerns, prices are kept pocket-friendly in part thanks to a hyperlocal focus on ingredients and suppliers, as well as a sustainable zero waste approach in the kitchen. Born in the times of the Corona quarantine, their story is just getting started, but it's one that we'll be closely following, as it's all but certain to lead to some interesting gourmet gastronomic experiences!
