Found within the revitalised industrial complex of Ogrody Geyera in the heart of Łódź, the theme of Ryby i Owce is simple - fish and lamb - as the name would suggest! From there, the culinary journey begins, chasing exceptional cuisine and complimentary wine, all of which culminates in the experience of the customer. The menu has been created from recipes sourced from different parts of the world, both old and new. You can experience many types of herring, snapper, swordfish, mussels, Jurassic salmon and eight different lamb dishes, as well as other high-quality products, each interpreted in their own unique dish. The wine-list has been put together by reputable sommeliers that specially collaborate with the restaurant, and with the distinct flavours and textures of each dish in mind. Choose from the likes of Pecorino, Lugana and Riesling, in addition to other selections such as beer from the creatively-minded Zakopiańczyk brewery, that experiments with less traditional ingredients such as honey and plum. The dessert section of the menu has proven to be particularly popular with guests, notably featuring gooseberry meringue and chocolate fondant with fruit sorbet for dessert.
