Set in a gorgeous, restored tenement house in the old town, Perliczka offers nostalgia-heavy regional dishes prepared with modern culinary techniques and served up with exceptional local hospitality. Ingredients are largely sourced from local suppliers, and dishes are beautifully presented and ready to be heaped with likes on social media.
 

While the menu offers a diverse selection of incredibly appetising local specialties, the star of the show is undoubtedly the guinea fowl (that's what 'Perliczka' means in English), which is stuffed with challah and trout and baked to perfection. The restaurant also doubles as an art gallery, with rotating exhibitions adorning the walls of the two dining room
