Popular with local media folk, the simply furnished Brik serves fair price, all day breakfasts before coming into its own as a Japanese eatery and cocktail lounge in the evening. Look out for daily specials like 30 per cent off sushi and cut-price cocktails (try the tasty mojito) which students start sipping from 17:00 to funky DJ music.

Brik hasn't existed for well over a year (per June 2010), but at least the old site is close to other cool places!
