Munich

Air-LAN

more than a year ago
If you’ve got a Wireless LAN card in your laptop, stop being a slacker and get back to work! Munich airport was the first wireless place in the world to allow multi-service providers, who charge €4-8 per hour. You have free access to services such as airport maps, flight schedules, and information on stores and restaurants you could be shopping at if you didn’t have a deadline. You'll have to pay for any other internet usage.
Hotspots include the whole of Terminal 2, all Terminal 1 waiting areas and lounges, the Central Area, the MAC, and the Kempinski lobby. Hook up and register at either T-Mobile or Swisscom to get access; you can pay by credit card or by (German) T-Mobile mobile phone subscription.
Find exact login instructions and prices on Munich Airport's website (Service A-Z, Wireless LAN).
