Specialising in hand-crafted nalewki - sweet regional liqueurs made from exactly three ingredients: alcohol, fruit and sugar - this truly unique bar combines an old-fashioned approach to drinking and distilling alcohol with a modern approach to dispensing it. Five standard flavours - wiśnia (cherry), agrest (gooseberry), malina (raspberry), porzeczka (black current) and cytryna (lemon) - are available all the time, while more (including śliwka (plum) and rabarbar (rhubarb)) rotate on and off the menu. Get these tantalising tinctures decanted straight from special pipes in the ceiling in quantities of 100, 200 or 500ml, or a round of five in 50ml shots. At a mild 18% alcohol, these drinks are generally for sipping, not shooting, and their appeal will largely depend on how sweet you like your liqueurs.
