The only museum of pre-nuragic art in Sardinia is located inside the 19th century Aymerich Palace (Palazzo Aymerich), the last home of the marquis of Laconi. The exhibition area is almost entirely devoted to the menhirs discovered from 1969 in the Laconi territory and nearby towns. An exhibition room displaying utensils and objects discovered in megalithic tomb structures further enriches the tour itinerary.
