Make your own chocolate based on traditional local recipes at this fun, interactive museum and hands-on attraction just metres from the market square. Register online for a variety of workshops, in which you'll get a special apron and hat and learn how to make fudge, pralines or chocolate sushi, decorate and personalise your own chocolate bar, and more - all of which you can take home with you! Ideal for primary school children, the workshops are great fun for adults as well, and a popular integration activity. In addition to workshops, guests can also visit the 'Chocolate Museum' and see several small exhibits and short films about the history of chocolate and its production, the Aztec civilisation and more, including the chance to grind your own cocoa beans using traditional tools and techniques (currently open Fri-Sun 11:00-16:00 only). Lastly, of course, is the Tasting Room, where you can sample several types of melted chocolate and purchase some edible souvenirs.

Online reservations are recommended for all workshops (or call them at (+48) 519 634 600), but the Chocolate Factory will soon also welcome walk-ins to see the exhibits and sample their chocolate even. Workshops generally take place every hour, on the hour, and can be organised for groups or individual visitors. Workshops can also be organised at the location of your choosing. Enquire about special offers for birthdays, team-building and other private events.
