This large mural north of the Old Town was designed by Dagmara Matuszak, painted by Artur Wabik, and unveiled in 2017. The mural shows Kris Kelvin, the protagonist of local author Stanisław Lem's most famous novel, Solaris, studying various titles of the author's literary oeuvre.
