In operation since December 1944, Kuźmiuk Bakery is the oldest bakery in Lublin. It has remained in the hands of the family and is now run by the 3th generation of family bakers. The artisanal bakery is known for making cebularz (onion bread) to their own decades-old recipe and natural ingredients. These include bread based on rye surdough and leaven which has been kept in the fermentation process for decades!
 
All natural, no preservatives, using old-fashioned methods - baking real bread with real taste. As the company's motto says: "We are not improving nature". One of the bakery's most famous products is the traditional Jewish treat onion flatbread - a favorite in the Lublin region. Known as Cebularz od Kuźmiuka® it is prepared according to the bakery's traditional recipe and is trademarked and protected by the state as an original product.
