Gastronomy has grown considerably in Poznań, and the city is home to a large number of hipster and world-class restaurants serving a wide range of cuisines. In 2023, the city also became the only Polish centre (except Kraków) with a Michelin-star'd restaurant!
Keep in mind that Poznań and surrounding Wielkopolska (Greater Poland) are distinguished in Poland for their regional dishes, so keep an eye out for restaurants like Hyćka, Bamberka and Concordia Taste.
