Teatr U Przyjaciół

Located in the historic building of the 'Poznań Society of Friends of Learning' (Poznańskie Towarzystwo Przyjaciół Nauk, or PTPN), this small alternative theatre outfit has been around since 2003, and regularly performs a range of absurdist, experimental and avant-garde spectacles with a 19th-century literary spirit. They also operate the amazing Kawiarnia U Przyjaciół cafe, which is a good place to find out what's on in terms of the theatre.
