Ambar

A mainstay of the Beton Hala waterfront, Ambar offers one of the best overall dining experiences in the city. While more than a few places in town have begun doing Serbian cuisine with a modern twist, no one does it quite like these folks, who specialise in tapas-sized portions and some truly inventive dishes prepared in the kitchen. The service is excellent, and in our experience ordering can almost be left entirely to the servers, as their recommendations are usually hits with our guests. Alternatively, the unlimited lunch and dinner menus let you try a bit of everything if you're up for the challenge.
