Love it or hate it, Belgrade’s Genex Tower is pretty difficult to ignore. That is especially true if you are entering the city from the west, as the formidable piece of otherworldly architecture heralds your arrival into the rump of the capital. Belgrade doesn’t get any more Brutalist than this. The taller of the two towers is actually residential, while offices and neglect occupy the second one.
