Crazy sport heads would be the only way to describe those who would sign up for this challenge, starting at the Slovenian coastal town of Piran and traversing half of the country by numerous sporting means such as kayak, mountain bike, rollerblade and skike, not to mention just plain swimming (in the sea and rivers), trekking, caving and abseiling! Well, maybe there could be another way to describe those 'contestants' (local and foreign) who partake in this annual race, which finishes in Velenje.
