In addition to the activities of the central tourism office located in Villa Bianca, there are many other smaller tourist associations and clubs in and around the city that operate under the auspices of the Tourist Association of Velenje. Their main areas of work include the organisation of various traditional events, and promote and preserve the region's cultural and natural heritage, and also includes the first dedicate youth tourist info centre in Slovenia.
