Please be invited to visit the balcony of the Vilnius City Municipality building (Konstitucijos av. 3) and admire the special panorama of the capital opening up from here. 
Looking around Vilnius from up high will be possible on business days at noon, 12.30 and 5.00 p.m. (4.00 p.m. on Fridays).
Advance registration for excursions is necessary by calling 1664 or 8 (5) 211 2000, because they will be held in groups of 10 people.
