Named after the district of Księży Młyn (ENG: Priest's Mill), which is also the old name for the Herbst Palace Museum, this brewery first appeared in 2014 and it's been serving up excellent drinks and food in a unique atmosphere ever since.
The food is a must: burgers, pasta, ramen, pizza, and fish. Don't miss things like their beef in stroganoff sauce or chicken filet stuffed with chanterelle mushrooms.
But what about the beer? It's brewed on the premises and unpasteurized and unfiltered, meaning you get something truly authentic and delicious.

Operating in conjunction with their restaurant, Gronowalski, the site has garnered a crowd of regulars who take their food and alcohol seriously as well as the excellent feel of the space -- it's all located in the historic, and beautiful, former Grohman cotton mill.
The size of the space also means you can hold special events here, from coroporate events to weddings, anniversaries, conferences and much more. The whole experience here blends the history of the city with modern tastes -- 10/10 in our book!
