Although it’s sometimes hard to imagine how the owners came up with the name of their hotel, that’s certainly not the case with the Blue Tower Hotel. You really will see a towering blue building with nearly 200 guest rooms not far from the Erasmus Park. Although the dark wood furnishings in the rooms give them a slightly heavy and traditional feel, the private bathrooms are modern and all accommodation is equipped with flat screen TVs, free wi-fi and coffee/tea sets, not to mention great views from the rooms on the higher floors. Its Saffron restaurant specialises in Chinese and French-inspired cuisine.
