Decorated with a huge mural of some Chinese city by the sea, plenty of fat Buddhas and of course hanging paper lanterns, this originally named restaurant specialises in what you may have already surmised: Sichuan cuisine. Although there are plenty of excellent dishes from which to choose, the selection of dim sum including the spicy Sichuan dumplings seem like a good bet. The menu also offers helpful hints and stories about the food in a form of English that is hard to fathom such as ‘it is believed that all 13 Mandurian emperors – favourite. I am also.’ Bring your decoder ring and an appetite for tasty cuisine and lots of hot oil.

Absolute delicious. As a vegetarian and asian-food lover this is a fine restaurant with very friendly owners and service. When you are lucky, the music they play is very delicate traditional chinese music on the background, with that you get the feeling you are somewhere far away in Sichuan Province in a monestry enjoying internal peace, very far away from the modern world... So absolutely 4 out of 5 stars!
