Eateries that advertise their food with pretentious slogans like 'worldly sandwiches with culinary masterpieces' set off more than a few alarm bells in our sceptical brains, but as far as location and price are concerned, Panache is a good option for breakfast or lunch. You can order from a wide selection of sandwiches while enjoying a decent view of the Big Market. The flavours of the sandwiches will make your mouth water, but the meagre fillings and the presentation could definitely use some improvement. The owner himself has obviously had enough of the outdated furniture and décor as well, because the whole place will be thoroughly renovated this summer. We'll keep you informed of any improvements.
