Tirana continues to add innovative dining options to its repertoire, alongside a highly recommended collection of restaurants serving traditional Albanian cuisine. Increasingly, agro-tourism and ‘health food’ restaurants are popping up, a good sign for discerning diners. With a few upmarket exceptions, dining here remains an affordable extravagance that can be enjoyed outdoors for much of the year. Eating out in Tirana has never been this good.
