The first time we have ever encountered bedbugs in our many years of travel. Staff was nasty, one concierge at the front desk screamed at us when we complained. They moved our room to one that wasn't infested and gave us a $2 bottle of wine. annoyed that we complained. Do not even consider this hotel.
