The exhibition located in a ship's hold presents photographs taken by Hanna Leniec and Piotr Kukliński during the voyage of the sailing ship Katharsis II around Antarctica. The expedition's main goal was to collect samples of sea water containing microscopic fragments of plastic commonly found nowadays in our seas. The voyage began in Capetown and ended in the Australian port of Hobart. The expedition was listed in the Guinness Book of World Records due to the shortest time it took a sailing ship to go around Antarctica.
