That 700-year old former spiritual house is now home to a charming boutique hotel, one of the finest in the region, with 55 unique rooms and suites that come in all shapes, sizes and styles, from classic 18th century luxury to the functional modernism of the 1960s. You can’t really go wrong with a quality boutique hotel, especially one found in the oldest building complex in the centre of a very old city. One of the best accommodation options in town, bar none.
