This aparatus is the real deal: a Ferrari-class stove that cannot be found anywhere else in Katowice, fired with beech wood in accordance with the oldest tradition of baking Italian pizza. Imagine the aroma! MMMMM! Plenty of other Italian specialties are on offer, including soups, pastas and a small selection of desserts. As would be expected at any true Italian operation, the coffee is damn good as well. All the Italian flair you could hope for is in ample supply, and, complimentary to all of this, the service at Ciao is exceptional and you won't find hospitality like this anywhere else in Kato!
