Independent, strong, still capable of overcoming the greatest obstacles! As part of the Summer Film Festival TME Połówka, Monopolis invites you to the 'Monokino: Herstories' series. Every Thursday from June 22 until August 31 you will have the chance to discover on the big screen the inspirational stories of women. During the 11 sessions you will see films with the likes of Natalie Portman, Penelope Cruz, Kate Winslet to name a few. The screenings are free of charge.

The event is part of a film festival organised by TME Połówka, which will include 140 movies shown in 20 different locations across the city. Apart from female-oriented 'Herstories,' there will be a series of screenings dedicated to cartoons and animated films, movies related to the city of Łódź, as well as the traditional 'The Best of' or 'Jeszcze Polska' series dedicated to Polish cinema.
