This is the very first Dr. Oetker café in the world. The German company, which is famous for its baking products and frozen pizzas, has now entered the café world with a refreshing concept. This open-plan bakery serves up freshly made salads, sandwiches, creative juices, cakes and focaccia bread. We tried the super cheese focaccia, which was good, but heavier than one might expect. All-day breakfasts with pancakes, Belgian waffles and locally-sourced cheeses, meat and eggs are also available and the bread in the bakery is simply delicious. There are various seating arrangements available, so get comfortable on the wooden benches hanging from the ceiling by the window or at a long common tree trunk table in the middle of the room.
