The name of this modern restaurant can be translated as 'to the workshop'. You can come here for lunch, dinner (a chef's table dinner is also available), for a weekend brunch or a cooking class. At lunchtime, each table has a fresh salad so you can begin without the aid of the wait staff and a 'toolbox', which is filled with cutlery, homemade salad dressing, cordial and drinking water and bread. Head over to the open-plan kitchen and pick up your main course directly from the chef (it's even possible to go up for a second helping, if you're still hungry!) and remember that dessert is included in the 25 Sfr lunch menu. In the evening it has a similar set menu concept with three courses from 58 Sfr, which you can boost with a second starter, dessert or cheese for 12 Sfr per extra item. The brunch is also 58 Sfr and includes drinks. The 'workshops' seem somewhat old-fashioned and use gender clichés like 'real men like beer and sausages', which seem a bit at odds with the progressive, modern approach here.
