This fantastic cinema is the headquarters of the biggest film festival in Poland (T-Mobile Nowe Horyzonty), as well as Wrocław's 2016 European Capital of Culture programme, as a modern neon on the roof makes known. Everything about this place is great, but the real lure for neon lovers are the traditional gas-filled neons above the bistro and at the ticket desk.
