Rijeka has a handful of reasonably priced minicab firms. There are taxi ranks outside the main train station and the coach station (also handy for the ferry). Prices vary, but they’re all reasonable: you pay a flat rate from as little as 30 - 40kn for a 5km journey, for every kilometre thereafter you'll pay 5 - 7kn/per km. No extra charge for luggage. Prices for longer trips (over 15km) by agreement.
