From 19 September to 19 October 2025, the Riviera Crikvenica invites food lovers to celebrate Oily Fish Month—a culinary festival dedicated to the region’s signature catch: sardines, mackerel, anchovies, and other naturally rich, healthy fish.
After a lively three-day opening celebration featuring guest chefs, cooking workshops, and tastings, the festival continues with special oily-fish menus served across the Riviera.

In Crikvenica, you can sample creative dishes at Restaurant Burin, Restaurant Dida, Tavern Karoca, or in the elegant dining rooms of Hotel Miramare, Hotel Esplanade’s LeMoon, and the Half8 restaurant at Hotel Aminess Younique Narrivi.
A short stroll away in Dramalj, Restaurant Domino offers its own take on classic Adriatic flavors, while in Selce you can enjoy traditional recipes at Tavern Ulika or the seaside Restaurant Marina within Hotel Marina.
