The 'Kanal sv. Ante's Visitor Centre should be your first port of call in these parts, but not just for the basic nuts and bolts of information. The permanent exhibition (Touch of the River and the Sea) is fabulous, brilliantly explaining the local landscape through education and entertainment, while the large model of the underwater environment (seriously, it takes up the whole room) is fascinating. The visitor center "Kanal sv. Ante" is located in the bay of Minerska, which can be reached by land and by sea. It is open from 9 am to 4 pm every day.
