Has it really only been 180 years since photography was invented? Wow. Okay, so we don’t actually remember those first days, but we’re more than happy to explore the origins of photography, namely the work of pioneering Frenchman Édouard Baldus. This stunning exhibition is a rare opportunity to explore his work, regarded by many as some of the most important in the history of photobooks.
