Organised with foreigners in mind, Polish Cinema for Beginners is a gentle introduction to the country's best-loved films. Screenings take place every other Thursday and are started off with an English-language lecture by a film expert who will present the theme and socio-historical context of each movie; a discussion will follow the ending credits.
