No doubt named after the classic Polish communist-era comedy film, Miś, which caricatured milk bars during the communist era, this is the perfect place to go if you're really pinching pennies. Suitably located near the University, inside you can expect decent, cheap, filling Polish fare in spare, outdated interiors. The outdoor seating is a bonus in summertime.
