An Italian restaurant run by Neapolitan Francesco Cannavacciuolo, who has been running restaurants in Wroclaw for more than a quarter-century. With a prime location right on the Ryenk (just opposite the statue of noted 19th-century Polish playwright Aleksander Fredro) O Sole Mio offers great people-watching possibilities to go along with your meal.
You'll find all of your Italian favourites on the expansive menu - from the Naples-style pizza, hearty pastas and meaty mains (the house speciality is actually lobster) to lighter salads, soups and other sides if you haven't managed to work up much of an appetite yet. The amiable staff and cosy atmosphere also make it a fine spot to linger over another beer or glass of wine and plan your next move. Inside, the restaurant consists of two levels, with all rooms are air-conditioned. In the summer season, a summer garden is available to guests, pets are welcome.
